Walking is actually a lifesaver, especially for keeping blood sugar levels stable, which I had to monitor constantly due to gestational diabetes. Just a gentle 15-20 minute walk after meals is perfect. Don't overdo it, just a slow pace is enough.
It is safe, but just be gentle on your abdominal area. I had a C-section later on, and trust me, pelvic floor health is so important. As long as you don't feel any pain or cramping afterward, you are good to go.
