I'm finding it increasingly difficult to get out of bed comfortably, especially with my growing belly. Can anyone share tips or a proper technique on how to get up from bed during pregnancy without straining myself?

im around 7 weeks and getting this dull pulling pain down there on and off. its not too bad but mere mann mein doubt aata hai is it normal or not. anyone else had this so early?
