Yes, it definitely can move! My MIL was saying that in their times they didn't even have scans to check all this and everything was fine. She told me to just avoid heavy lifting and rest, and true enough, by the next scan it had shifted up.
Beta, putting a little kasuri methi in your sabzi or dal for flavor is totally fine and actually aids digestion. Just don't go eating too much of it daily as dry methi can be thoda hot for the body. Stick to moderate ghar ka khana and you will be fine.
