Some festivals are coming up, and I usually observe fasts during them. But now that I'm pregnant, I'm not sure if it's safe for me or the baby. Can I take part in fasting during pregnancy?
Mujhe pregnancy mein bahut constipation ho rahi hai. Kya yeh constipation baby ke liye ya mere liye kuch problem kar sakti hai?
Im around 6 weeks and saw some light brown discharge today, no pain as such but honestly thoda scared ho gayi. First pregnancy so i dont know whats normal. Im planning to call my gynac tomorrow but wanted to hear if anyone else had this.

I keep getting confused between what my gynac says and the apps. Do we count from last period date ya from conception? Someone pls explain simply, im bad with this math.
