Haan na, mere legs toh last trimester mein bilkul sujh gaye the. Just bucket mein warm water and thoda sa namak daal ke pair duba ke baitho, simple and best solution hai.
Yaar, actually it is totally normal in the beginning because your body is adjusting to the baby. But if the pain is too sharp or you see any pink discharge, please don't take a chance and call your doctor right away.
Since I had GD, I had to avoid maida completely. If you are eating momos, please check your blood sugar levels and try to have whole wheat ones if possible, but keep it in moderation.
Honestly, try not to worry too much because a happy mom makes a happy baby. Keeping a positive mindset helped me stay strong right up to my normal delivery.
