I've missed my period and I'm really anxious to know if I'm pregnant. How many days after a missed period can I take a test to confirm pregnancy accurately?
Its only been about a month and the situation is really complicated for me right now. im scared and not able to talk to anyone openly. just wanted to understand my options, planning to see a doctor soon.
