My first child is still quite young and I'm currently breastfeeding, but I'm also pregnant again. I wanted to ask if it's generally considered safe to continue breastfeeding while being pregnant.

I have endo since years and the bloating, sore boobs, tiredness feels exactly like before periods. Now im 6 days late and confused matlab is this just my endo acting up or could it be something else? cant tell the difference at all.
Im just 8 weeks and already getting this dull pain in my hip and kamar area. Thought hip pain comes later na, not this early. Anyone else felt this in first trimester?
