A lot of people will tell you to start kesar, but honestly, always ask your gynac first. Too much of it can cause body heat or contractions. I only started after my doctor gave the green signal in the second trimester, and that too just 2 strands.

Actually yaar, it took nine months for the tummy to stretch, so it will take at least that much time to go back. Don't fall for those magic creams, they don't work! Just focus on a clean diet, light exercises, and honestly, accept the new version of your body.
