I sometimes crave fruits but fresh ones are not always available. Are canned fruits a safe option to eat during pregnancy, or should I avoid them completely?
We are planning our second baby and everyone in family keeps giving their own gyaan on this. Just curious what people actually believe about timing. Sirf casually asking, not too serious.
