A little itching on your tummy is totally normal as it grows! 🤰 But if it's super intense or on your hands and feet, please consult your gynac to rule out any liver issues.
During my pregnancy, I felt so much anxiety about everything, and it actually made my BP go up. I had to consciously practice deep breathing and stay away from negative thoughts. Please prioritize your mental peace, it affects the baby so much.
For me, the vomiting started quite early, around week 5 itself, and made me feel so weak. But looking back after my C-section delivery, those early symptoms feel like a distant memory now. Just take enough rest and don't push yourself too hard.
Please take care of yourself and the little soul inside you. God has made our bodies very wise, but we must protect them from extreme heat. Keep yourself calm, stay positive, and skip the hot stones for now.
Nausea is so awful, I used to worry if my baby was getting any food at all! I found that sucking on small pieces of ginger or sipping lemon water helped slightly. But honestly, if you can't keep anything down, please talk to your doctor before taking any tablets.
