My kit showed two lines but I started spotting next day and now im so confused and emotional. Can these tests show positive when ur actually not? has it happened with anyone here?

Got confused about how they count the weeks. Matlab is it from the conceiving date or my last period? My doc counted from somewhere and the number didnt match what I calculated. Pls clear this for me.
My aunt told me to avoid pineapple while trying, but my friend says it doesn't matter. I like eating it sometimes and now I am confused in fertile days, yaar. Did anyone's doctor mention anything about this?
