I've been having a lot of acidity and heartburn lately, which is very uncomfortable. My friend suggested Gelusil, but I want to be sure. Is it safe to take Gelusil for acidity during pregnancy?
I'm wondering if sore breasts are an early sign of pregnancy. If so, when do they typically start to feel sore? I'm trying to understand the symptoms.
