I traveled to my parents' home at 7 months for my delivery. My family was very worried, but with the doctor's fit-to-fly certificate, the journey was very safe and easy. It was so reassuring to be with my mother after that.
When I was at my mum's place, she used to make me Mother's Horlicks every evening with warm milk. It's safe and filled with good nutrients for the baby.
During my 8th month, I made sure not to lift anything heavy or bend suddenly, which really helped prevent back strain before my C-section. Also, do keep counting your baby's kicks daily and rest as much as you can because your body needs energy for recovery later.
In my case, with gestational diabetes, I had to be extra cautious about every single symptom. Minor bleeding can happen due to low progesterone or placenta issues, so please call your doctor and let them guide you.
Beta, bilkul chinta mat karo. Subah uth ke thoda garm paani piya karo aur din me dahi aur hara sabji jyada khao, isse pet saaf hota hai. Ghar pe sab kijiye par doctor se bhi ek baar baat kar lena.
