Honestly, sleeping on the left side is best for blood circulation, but you can't control your position when you are fast asleep. Don't stress, if you wake up on your right, just gently turn back to the left.

I felt so exhausted waking up 5 times in the night just to pee when I was newly pregnant! It made me feel like I would never get sleep again. But seeing my baby's face now makes all those sleepless bathroom trips totally worth it.
