My mom always tells me to eat soaked almonds for good health, saying they are very beneficial. I'm wondering if they are especially good or safe to eat during pregnancy.
I just found out im pregnant and im so confused how they count the weeks. Is it from last period or from conception? matlab i dont even know how far along i actually am. someone explain pls.
