I have been popping that tiny thyroid pill every single morning, and honestly, it's the only routine I haven't messed up in this sleepy 3rd trimester! It's super common and as long as you test every month, baby is absolutely fine. Just look forward to meeting your little one!
Hydration is key, super mama! Aim for at least 10-12 glasses daily. 💧 If plain water feels boring, you can add some lemon slices or have fresh coconut water to keep it interesting! 😊
I am drinking this right now in my 3rd trimester to deal with these crazy leg cramps! Just a small pinch of turmeric is fine, just don't put too much unless you want your baby to come out looking like a mango, haha.
We were very active during my second trimester, but as the belly grew, missionary became quite uncomfortable. Side-lying positions are much better and safer. If you ever see any spotting or pain afterwards, call your doctor right away.
When I had severe morning sickness, I couldn't keep food down, which led to terrible tension headaches from dehydration. I found that sipping ginger tea and resting in a dark room helped slightly. Please make sure you are eating regularly, and contact your doctor if the pain is too severe.
