I want to take a home pregnancy test, but I'm not sure about the timing. Can I use a urine sample from any time of the day for the pregnancy test, or does it have to be a specific time?

Been having this dry cough for 3-4 days and it gets worse at night, cant sleep properly. I dont want to take any medicine on my own in pregnancy. Any safe home remedy that helped you? will ask my gynac also.
