I'm 15 weeks pregnant and can't help but wonder about my little one. What does a baby typically look like and how developed are they around the 15th week of pregnancy?

This is my first pregnancy and so far I have had 2 scans till 16 weeks. Just curious how many sonograms are normally done in the full nine months? dont want too many also, thoda confused.
