Honestly, I panicked when someone told me raw veggies are bad. But my gynac said it's totally safe as long as they are washed properly at home.
My MIL told me to wait at least a week after my missed period to be absolutely sure. I couldn't wait that long though and tested on day 2 of my missed period! Better to test early morning for the best result.
Watermelon was my absolute lifesaver when I couldn't keep anything else down! It has high water content which helps with hydration and morning sickness. Just eat it fresh and don't keep cut pieces in the fridge for long.
Better to ask your doctor before spending on these expensive tins. We have to save up for so many tests and hospital delivery charges later anyway. Normal home food like paneer or sattu drink is a cheaper and better option right now.
Hey, don't stress too much about the term high risk! It sounds scary, but it usually just means extra care and more ultrasound dates to see baby. Just follow your gynac's advice and take rest.
