I'm in my early pregnancy, and my legs have been feeling achy, especially at night. I'm not sure if this is related to pregnancy or something else. Is it common for your legs to ache during early pregnancy?
I occasionally get dizzy spells and was prescribed Betahistine for it in the past. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm wondering if it's safe to take this medication. Is Betahistine safe in pregnancy?

We are trying since few months and my saas keeps telling me to soak kishmish and eat daily. Just curious if it actually helps with conceiving or its just a ghar pe wala myth. Has it worked for anyone?
