Start with a home urine test after ur missed period, it's cheap and easy. If u want confirmation, a blood beta hcg test at a lab is very accurate. Then the doctor does a scan to confirm everything, that's the usual order.
I just delivered a few months back and mine are still fuller because of feeding. From what other moms told me they settle down once feeding stops. So right now it is just part of the journey honestly.
