My hospital dietitian gave me a customized chart with iron-rich foods. I highly suggest asking your gynac or hospital staff to guide you based on your blood report.
Honestly, baby movement badhna is actually a very good sign of a healthy fetus. My doctor told me that after week 28 we should just track kick counts to see if they are consistent. But yes, if you feel any painful contractions or sudden drop in kicks, call your gynac.
