My nani told me that ajwain is very good for women trying to conceive. I'm wondering if there's any truth to this. Can ajwain actually help with conceiving a baby?
im 5 months and caught a bad cold from my hubby, cough bhi ho rahi hai since 2 days. not taking any medicine without asking gynac but thoda tension ho raha hai. does the baby get affected by all this coughing? anyone been through this?
