Doc measured my tummy with a tape last visit and wrote down fundal height, mujhe samajh nahi aaya kya hai ye. Is it just to check baby size or something else? curious to know.
This is our first time trying and im honestly clueless about the right way. when exactly should i do the test and how to do it properly for accurate result? pls guide a confused first timer.
My acidity is so bad these days, lying down ke baad it gets worse. I used to take something for it before but not sure ab pregnancy mein it's ok or not. Will ask my doc but wanted to know what others were told.

Jamun season is here and i just love them. Saw somewhere they are good for sugar control but wanted to check if its safe to eat freely in pregnancy. Im in my second trimester.
