Hey, don't stress too much about eating mutton! It's super rich in iron, just eat it in moderation and make sure it's home-cooked and not too spicy. Enjoy your meals!
Mere ghar pe meri saas ne shuru ke teen mahine baingan khane se bilkul mana kiya tha, unhe lagta hai isse garmi hoti hai body mein. Though actually medical terms mein moderate khana safe hai, par family ki peace ke liye maine thoda door hi parhez रखा. If you really want, have a little portion but make sure it's fully cooked.
