Haan na, everyone gives different advice for this. I just focus on eating green leafy veggies and fresh fruits daily. Keep it natural and simple, baby will be smart anyway.
My doctor told me shifting is fine as long as I don't bend constantly or lift anything over 5 kgs. Also, make sure the new house is clean and free of strong paint fumes which can be harmful. Take it very easy.
