I used to do yoga regularly before pregnancy, and I miss it. I'm in my early trimester now. Is yoga safe in early pregnancy, and are there any specific poses I should avoid?
My period is 4 days late and im so tempted to test already. Matlab after how many days does the kit actually show a clear positive? Dont want to test too soon and get confused.
