My doctor prescribed 1000mg daily tablets but sometimes I forget to take them, I'm so worried. Are you guys taking them regularly?
Please do not rely on natural remedies to lower TSH right now. I had a severe thyroid issue during my pregnancy that wasn't managed properly at first, and it caused complications later on. You must consult your gynecologist immediately and take whatever medication they prescribe; it's the safest thing for your baby.
Do not worry about these things. Just eat well to keep your body strong, and trust that whatever child you are blessed with will bring endless happiness.
Same here, I'm currently in my second trimester and constantly worrying about this! My gynac told me that gaining around 10-12 kgs is normal if your pre-pregnancy weight was fine. Are you also feeling hungry all the time like me?
I remember having mild cramping and nausea in the first month. I called the hospital coordinator and they reassured me these are classic early symptoms. They gave me a helpful list of what to expect, which was very comforting.
