My mother-in-law keeps telling me to take giloy for immunity. I am pregnant now, so I am a bit worried if it is safe for me. Should I take it or not?
I had laser sessions booked for pigmentation but just found out im pregnant, around 7 weeks. Now im unsure if i should continue or pause it till after delivery. Did any of u do it during pregnancy or skip karna better?
Me and my husband are planning and his recent count came a bit on the lower side, so now hes a little down about it. Just trying to understand kitna count is actually needed to conceive. Anyone with experience pls share.

Been tracking my ovulation with kits since 3 months and we time everything properly, but still no luck. Matlab if ovulation is happening then why is it not working? Getting a bit demotivated honestly. Anyone been through this?
