My mother-in-law keeps telling me to eat more ghee for a healthy pregnancy. I'm wondering if it's really beneficial. Is ghee good for pregnancy, and how much should I have?
My aunt mentioned something about 'geriatric pregnancy' and it got me wondering. What age is generally considered to be a geriatric pregnancy? I'm just curious to know.
Ghar pe everyone keeps telling me na to wash my hair on certain days when im pregnant. I feel so sticky and just want a proper bath yaar. Is this an actual thing or just an old belief?
Im in my third tri now and getting nervous about the actual delivery part. I keep wondering kab and how water breaks, like will i even know when it happens? First time mom here so the whole thing is new for me, pls share ur experience.
Period is 4 days late and im getting this dull pulling kind of feeling in my pelvic area. Cant tell if its PMS or something else yaar. Anyone felt this before they got a positive?
