My doctor recommended I eat more fiber, and I heard anjeer (figs) are good. How many anjeer should I eat daily during pregnancy? I want to make sure I'm having the right amount.

Honestly chhoti chhoti baat pe rona aa jata hai these days, im 4 months. Everyone says dont cry it harms baby and ab toh rote hue bhi guilt hota hai. Is rona actually a problem ya it's just normal hormones? Pls tell.

Took a home urine test and it came positive, but im curious what exactly in the urine shows the pregnancy? matlab what does the kit actually detect. just want to understand it better.
