I avoided long travel in my first trimester because of extreme fatigue and anxiety. Did anyone else also feel super paranoid about travel during those early weeks, or was it just me?

Normal aches are one thing, but body pain with fever, chills or burning while peeing could mean an infection. I learnt to not ignore pain with other symptoms. Please get those combos checked by ur doctor.
Through normal clothing its extremely unlikely, the fabric blocks it. Pregnancy really needs sperm to reach inside directly. If you're worried about a specific situation, a simple pregnancy test after a missed period clears the doubt.
