I've heard some talk about certain foods or drinks helping to conceive a boy. Someone mentioned Yakult, but I'm not sure if there's any truth to this. Can Yakult actually help in conceiving a baby boy?
We are trying since 3 months and i keep reading about day 21 testing and all. Matlab kya hota hai exactly on that day, what should i expect or check? totally new to this so pls explain simply.
