I accidentally jumped a little today and now I'm super worried. Can light jumping or sudden movements affect an early pregnancy?
Twice this week i got a little blood from my nose out of nowhere, im around 20 weeks now. It scared me thoda the first time honestly. Is this a normal pregnancy thing, did it happen to anyone else?
