I've heard about something called a false pregnancy and it sounds very confusing. How long do these symptoms typically last for someone experiencing a false pregnancy?
Me and hubby are not ready for baccha yet, financially abhi planning chal rahi hai. Har time mind mein tension rehti hai ki kahin pregnant na ho jau, matlab i cant even relax properly. What do u all do to feel safe and tension free?
Sounds silly maybe but i eat a lot of pista as snack and im too lazy to peel that thin skin off. Is the skin ok to eat na or should i remove it? Thoda doubt aa raha tha.

My nausea and vomiting is bohot bad these days, cant keep anything down. Someone suggested promethazine but im scared to take medicine in pregnancy without asking. Im 9 weeks. Did anyone use this safely?
