I'm just entering my third month of pregnancy, and I'm curious about what to expect. What kind of changes and developments usually happen for both mom and baby during the third month? Any tips for this stage?

Saw some light spotting today morning and got really worried, im only 7 weeks. Its not much but my heart is racing. Im going to call my doc but tell me na, did this happen with anyone else and baby was fine?
