Twin pregnancy is a different ball game altogether, my doctor put a complete ban on intercourse early on because of the high risk of preterm labor. So if you are carrying twins, definitely ask your doctor first! Otherwise, normal single pregnancy is usually fine in the middle months.
Normal delivery is totally possible and can save on C-section costs too. Plan your budget but keep your mind open for both options.
I completely understand how scary seeing any blood can feel, my heart goes out to you. While people often blame body heat, medically it's safer to not ignore it. Please contact your doctor or gynac once, they will guide you and keep you and baby safe.
The number of scans depends entirely on your health and pregnancy progress. Usually, there are 3 to 4 routine scans, but your gynac is the best person to decide. Don't skip any scan they advise, as safety of the baby is paramount.
I remember using the 'I Know' kit and seeing that faint second line like it was yesterday, though my baby is a toddler now! Put three drops of morning pee in the circular slot and wait a few minutes. Don't read the result after 10 minutes as it can show a false line.
