Staying hydrated is deeply important for the amniotic fluid levels, which we kept a very close eye on during my IVF journey. Try to gently sip around 8 to 10 glasses of water throughout the day. Please don't force yourself if you feel nauseous, just take small, comforting sips.
My BP dropped because I couldn't keep any water down due to severe vomiting. If your vomiting is also bad, please tell your gynac, they might give some IV fluids.

Oh god yes, early pregnancy anxiety is so real, especially when you are also puking your guts out! The constant nausea made me so anxious about the baby's health. Drinking lemon water helped me calm down a bit, hope you feel better.
