Biologically speaking, intimacy is perfectly healthy and safe in the first trimester for an uncomplicated pregnancy. But since every medical history is different, I highly recommend having a candid chat with your doctor at your next appointment. They will give you the most accurate advice based on your scans.
During my second trimester, I had a lot of work stress and noticed I was getting more headaches and fatigue. Once I started meditating and taking breaks, I felt much better, but I always kept my doctor updated.
Haha weight lifting? I can barely lift my head off the pillow right now with this newborn! But seriously, dont do any heavy lifting, pregnancy is not the time to show gym skills. Just stick to light walks and sleep as much as u can before the baby comes.
During my first visit, they did my basic vitals and a routine blood sugar test, which was very helpful because we caught my high sugar levels early. Make sure you don't skip the routine blood tests they prescribe, and talk to your doctor about your diet from day one.
