My skin has started changing a bit, and I'm worried about getting dark patches. When does melasma, or the mask of pregnancy, usually occur during pregnancy?
Lately, my urine has developed a really strong, sometimes bad smell. I'm pregnant and wondering if this is a normal change or something I should be concerned about. Has anyone else experienced this?

First trimester and nothing heavy is going down, only soup feels ok to my pet. Want to take something light but nutritious. What soups did u all have, veg ya non veg both fine.
