Well, with my twins, my labor pain started way earlier at 36 weeks! Usually, for single babies, it starts closer to 39 or 40 weeks. Keep your bags packed because babies love to surprise us whenever they feel like it!
I always tested first thing in the morning when my period was 2 days late. It is best to do it then, but also make sure you go for regular doctor follow-ups once you see that positive line. If you have thyroid like me, early management is very important.
For me, gentle exercises like walking and pelvic floor stretches really helped regulate my cycle. Since thyroid can affect fertility, keeping up with regular doctor follow-ups and light workouts is the best combo. Definitely ask your doctor what exercises suit your body.
Personally, my doctor suggested we wait until after delivery, so I didn't have one during my pregnancy.
Physical comfort is key, just like during my walking and prenatal yoga sessions which I only did after my doctor allowed. Go for gentle positions where there is no strain on your abdomen. Listen to your body and stop if you feel tired or uncomfortable.
