Oh, I totally get the craving for sour things like kaitha, especially if you have bad morning sickness like I did. For me, a tiny lick of kaitha chutney was the only thing that stopped my nausea. Just eat a very small amount so it doesn't trigger heartburn later.
Oh god, I was so scared when my gynac told me to get this sugar test done, I thought some major problem had started. But trust me it is very routine and normal for everyone during pregnancy. The sweet glucose drink they give can be a bit heavy on empty stomach, but otherwise it's just a normal blood test, so pls don't panic like me.
I felt so anxious whenever I got a headache during my first trimester, fearing I'd hurt the baby if I took any medicine. My doctor eventually prescribed paracetamol but warned me to never self-medicate. It's always best to check with your gynac first so you don't have to carry that worry.
Oh, please don't take any over-the-counter syrup without asking. I felt so lost when I got a bad cough in my second trimester and almost took one. Luckily, my gynac stopped me and gave a safe prescription instead.
Please take care of your health, dear. Try using a hot water vaporizer for natural steam instead of over-the-counter products. Keep your mind peaceful and pray for your quick recovery, things will be fine.
