I noticed some changes in my nipples lately and one looks kind of pulled in now. Im a bit worried thinking about breastfeeding later. Is this a normal pregnancy change? anyone else experienced this
Just entered my first month and im so confused about the right sleeping position. Im a back sleeper usually but now im scared if it harms the baby. Is it too early to worry, ya should i change now? pls guide.

My periods have always been super irregular so I never know when im actually late. Now we are trying and I have no clue when to even take the test yaar. How do u figure out the right time without a fixed cycle?
Period is 2 din late and I'm tempted to test already but scared it'll show negative if I'm too early. How many days after missed period did the test actually turn positive for u guys?
