Saw some reels where women didnt know they were pregnant till delivery and now im curious. Is this actually a real thing or just internet stories? Sounds so unbelievable na.
Since few days im sooo tired, like sleeping early and still exhausted whole day, very unlike me. Period bhi thoda late hai. Could this tiredness be an early pregnancy sign? Anyone felt this before testing positive?

im in my 7th month and this shooting pain from my lower back down the leg is killing me, some days i cant even sit properly. will mention to my doc next visit but till then is there anything that gives a little relief? anyone went through this?
