It is totally natural and safe dear, the baby is well protected inside the amniotic sac. I had a normal healthy pregnancy and delivery, and doc said it's fine as long as there is no bleeding or pain. Enjoy this phase!
My saas was very strict about me not squatting in the early weeks because she was worried. But when I asked my gynac, she said it's totally fine if there are no complications. Just listen to your doctor and take it easy.
Haan na, in the last month everything feels so heavy and tiring. Sex is safe unless your doc has said no, but who has the energy, ho na? Just rest and focus on your delivery preparation.
Honestly, for most women, it stops or gets much better by the end of the first trimester, around 12 to 14 weeks. But if you have extreme vomiting and can't keep even water down, go straight to your gynac.
My MIL used to make me ragi porridge to help with the tiredness, which did give some energy. But fatigue is very common during these months. If you feel extremely breathless too, then do consult your doctor to rule out anemia.
