I'm trying to figure out my due date and understand the pregnancy timeline. How many weeks are typically considered to be in one month when calculating pregnancy duration? It gets a bit confusing sometimes.
I am experiencing some discomfort and wondering about certain medications. Is it generally safe to use Pilex tablets if I am pregnant?

At my ghar we only have indian style toilet and im just 6 weeks now. Mummy keeps saying sit carefully and all, so im a bit tense about the squatting part. Is it actually safe in early days ya should i be careful?
