I love baking and often add tutti frutti to my cakes and cookies. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm unsure if it's safe to consume. Can I eat tutti frutti during pregnancy?
I'm trying to keep track of my weight gain during pregnancy, but I'm not sure what the healthy range is. How much weight is generally recommended to gain throughout the nine months? I want to ensure I'm gaining enough, but not too much.
