I'm trying to keep track of my weight gain during pregnancy, but I'm not sure what the healthy range is. How much weight is generally recommended to gain throughout the nine months? I want to ensure I'm gaining enough, but not too much.
Omg i used to check my weight literally every week and panic if it went up or down even a bit! Its so stressful na. Try not to stress too much like I did, just focus on eating healthy and let your doctor guide you.
Yaar honestly dont obsess over this. Actually, some people gain 10 kg, some gain 15, and it’s all totally normal. Just avoid junk food too much and keep walking, baki everything sorted.
Hugs to you, please dont stress about numbers right now. I also gained a lot and felt so conscious, but once my baby was in my arms, none of it mattered. Your body is doing something beautiful, just nourish it.
I just delivered my baby boy last month and gained around 12 kg in total. In the first trimester I barely gained anything due to nausea, but then it picked up. Your doc will tell you if your growth is on track, relax!
Honestly every pregnancy is different. I had some complications like high BP so my gynac monitored my weight gain super strictly. Better to check with your doc on how much weight is safe for you to gain, don't follow general Google charts.
