I had significant leg pain during my pregnancy, especially in the evenings. It's a very common sign because of the extra pressure on your blood vessels. Try light leg stretches, they really helped me stay active for normal delivery.
With my twin bump, even looking at my shoes was a challenge, let alone inverting my head! If u are talking about yoga or headstands, please avoid them completely right now. We don't want you losing balance and taking a fall.

I traveled during my 6th month and it went fine, just used a good lumbar cushion for support. But keep things light and don't exert. Now post C-section I realize how important it is to rest your body before the big day, so plan accordingly.
