Haha, with two babies inside, I had pains on the left, right, and everywhere in between! It's usually just everything stretching out, but do tell your doc just to be sure it's normal stretching.
Milk doesn't fully come in during pregnancy. You only get colostrum, and the actual milk transition happens 3-5 days after delivery.
In our family, we usually wear simple cotton sarees or light salwars. I used to drape the dupatta loosely over the belly as advised by my mother to keep it comfortable. Always prioritize comfort, as my doctor also suggested.
Looking back, I realized we stress too much about small things like tea. I used to love my adrak chai while trying to conceive, just cut down to one cup a day. Don't worry so much, enjoy this phase because once baby comes u won't even get to drink hot tea!
I agree, weight can affect hormones sometimes. Regular walking helped me a lot, so maybe try that.
